If you don't care about what they think of you, you'll feel positive and have freedom in your mind. But if you care or worry about what they think, it will bring negative things to your mind, which can possibly lead to depression or stress. That's why you should always think positive for yourself! Having self care is not selfish!

Always distance yourself from those people who disrespect you, because happiness is the best thing to have in life. But to have that, you must have freedom in your mind first. Everyday when you wake up, think positive, smile more, and enjoy yourself.
