WCAG 2.0 or Web Content Accessibility Guidelines cover a wide range of recommendations to make your web content accessible.
The guidelines will ensure content is made accessible for people with disabilities, including blindness and low vision, deafness and hearing loss, learning disabilities, cognitive limitations, limited movement, speech disabilities, photosensitivity and combinations of these.
Following these guidelines will also make your web content more accessible to users in general, for example, people for whom English is a second language (ESL), or in instances where a computer doesn't have a sound card.
