FATIMA: Hello, everyone! My name is Fatima, and I just want to let you guys know what my vlog for today is. “What we think in our mind will eventually become what we believe.” That's why it's so important that we start to say positive things about ourselves. Many times, each and every day.

  1. I love myself.
  2. I am unique.
  3. I can and will do things to promote healing in myself and my life.
  4. I can handle this one step at a time.
  5. My problem has a solution and we're working on a plan.
  6. I refuse to give up, because I have not tried all possible ways.
  7. I am smart.
  8. I love myself!
  9. I am important.
  10. I am smart.
  11. I will take in the confidence and exhale the doubts.
  12. I matter! I matter...
  13. I am strong.
  14. My confidence is beautiful.
  15. I choose to focus on what I can control.
  16. I am happy with who I am.
  17. I am awake and ready to be awesome.
  18. I will learn from yesterday, live for today and hope for tomorrow.

Those things, you should say to yourself every time you get up in the morning and every time you went to bed. And those types of things, just say any generally positive things about yourself and trust me, in a few hours, you will feel much, much, much better than you used to.
